Shipping Information

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Orders are fulfilled Monday to Saturday.

  • A tracking number is automatically sent after dispatch.


Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

To start a return:

Email us at support@bysilkee.com with:

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Order Issues
